I’ve been using this carousel as my logo for a long time. It comes from a drawing I did in 1976 in the Tuilleries in Paris near the Louvre. Amy was little and the Tuilleries park was filled with Carousels. Some were very simple and were hand pushed around and around while others were two storied and very colorful. This one was our favorite.
I didn’t plan on doing a version in color but I’ve decided it fits with my move to color. |
