Text Box: I’ve been wanting to try adding color to this drawing for a long time. The thing that’s held me back, oddly enough, is that the building is painted white. It seemed like there was nothing I could do until the obvious struck me and I realized that everything surrounding the building is in beautiful color. Text Box: We’ve been going to Wellfleet for a long time. In the beginning it seemed like a place that had been the same forever. The contrary is true and there have been massive changes over the years. The Historical Society is the place to discover those changes. I wrote that when I used the original version of this drawing for Chapter 53 last year. Now I’m continuing my exploration of color with an updated version.
