Riverside Drive 2011 |

I drew this last year on commission from a woman who grew up in this building. She gave the drawing to her mother as a birthday present.
I’ve always admired this building, especially in relation to the stairway from Riverside Drive. Luckily I was able to complete the drawing in early Spring before the leaves came out on all the trees. In Summer when the trees are all leafy the building isn’t visible at all like this. |
